Once a candidate gets the green light from our compliance department, the candidate will attend a supervisor orientation which provides information on TempWork Staffing on-boarding procedures including but not limited to:

- Professional Conduct
- Rules & Regulations
- Dress Code Requirements
- Time Reporting Procedures
After the prospective new hire has completed orientation, our company begins the employee-to-client matching process. This is based on:

- Schedule and Availability
- Location and Transportation Availability
Once a associate is matched to an open job order, they will be required to attend a mandatory in-person orientation on details of the assignment:
- Client Required Work Schedule and Availability

- Any additional requirements requested by our client
